• Materials: Damascus construction with a 10Cr15CoMoV core, specified at 60–62 HRC, and natural olive wood handle.
• Use: Slice, dice and chop vegetables, herbs, fish and boneless meats with the 7-inch Santoku blade.
• Benefit: Blade scallops are designed to help food release during slicing; the olive wood grain adds individual character. Food release varies with the ingredient.

• Apply food-safe mineral oil to the wood handle when required
• Store securely and keep away from children
