Restore, refine and polish straight-edge steel kitchen knives at home with the i-DOO 2000/5000 dual-grit water stone.

Soak in clean water for 10–15 minutes, until bubbles slow.
Place securely in the holder and bamboo base.
Use the 2000-grit side to refine the edge, then the 5000-grit side to smooth and polish.
Rinse, wipe and air-dry completely before storage.

Use water only. Do not use oil or a dishwasher. Allow to dry naturally away from direct heat. Flatten when the surface becomes uneven.
