Looking after your knife

Hand wash with mild detergent and dry immediately. Do not put it in the dishwasher or leave it soaking. Use a timber or suitable plastic chopping board, and avoid bones, frozen food and twisting the blade. Store with the edge protected. Sharpen with a whetstone when needed.
