Check your windows before ordering
Use this model on suitable framed, ground-floor glass only. Do not use it on balcony doors or windows, frameless glass, cracked or broken glass, or in rain or wet conditions. Check suitability before using it on coated or tinted glass. If you are unsure, contact i-DOO before ordering.
Power and safe use
The robot requires a continuous mains power connection while cleaning. Its backup battery is for emergency power-loss protection; it does not make the robot cordless.
Read the supplied manual before use. Fully charge the backup battery, securely attach the safety rope to a suitable anchor, and inspect the robot, cable, rope and cleaning-wheel rings before every clean. Turn the robot on before placing it on the glass, confirm firm attachment before releasing your hold, and remove it before switching it off. Keep children away during operation.

Does the robot work without being plugged in?
No. It needs continuous mains power. The internal backup battery is only an emergency safeguard if power is interrupted.
Can I use it on frameless glass or balcony windows?
No. This listing is for suitable framed, ground-floor windows only. It is not advertised for frameless glass, balcony windows or high-rise use.
Will it clean very dirty windows in one pass?
Robot window cleaners are best for regular maintenance. Heavy, baked-on dirt may need a manual first clean, followed by routine robot cleaning.
Why can window-cleaning robots leave streaks?
Dirty or overly wet cloths can redistribute residue. Start with clean cloths, avoid soaking them and wash them between cleaning sessions.
How do I care for the cleaning cloths?
Wash below 40°C. Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron or dry clean. Allow the cloths to dry fully before storage.
