The iDOO Golden Shield Series 9-inch bread knife pairs deep serrations with a 67-layer Damascus construction around a 10Cr15MoV steel core hardened to 60–62 HRC. It is designed to glide through crusty loaves, soft bread and cakes with less crushing.
